Archana Pandey
Founder & Clinical DirectorArchana Pandey is a certified Child Psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience working with children on the autism spectrum, with ADHD, and with other developmental disabilities. As founder of Aaryavart Centre, she has personally developed the therapeutic approach that has helped 1,500+ children across Uttar Pradesh and India.
A graduate of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Archana combines rigorous clinical expertise with systems thinking to build therapy programmes that are both evidence-based and practically sustainable for Indian families. She personally supervises the assessment and therapy planning process for every child enrolled at Aaryavart.

Dr. Diksha Gupta
Clinical Advisor — NeurologyDr. Diksha Gupta holds a DM in Neurology from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) — India's premier medical institution. As Clinical Advisor to Aaryavart Centre, she provides neurological oversight for complex cases, reviews diagnostic assessments, and ensures therapy protocols align with current medical evidence.
Dr. Gupta specialises in paediatric neurology, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and developmental disabilities. Her involvement gives Aaryavart a level of clinical rigour rare in autism therapy centres in Uttar Pradesh — particularly for children with complex neurological co-conditions.

All our therapists are registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) — the statutory body governing allied health professionals working with persons with disabilities in India.
Evidence-Based Methods Only
We use only evidence-based intervention approaches — ABA, sensory integration therapy (Ayres), PECS, and speech-language pathology protocols endorsed by ASHA and IALP.
Supervised Therapy Plans
Every therapy plan is reviewed monthly by our clinical director. Progress is tracked using standardised tools (CARS, Vineland-3, ADOS-2 screening), not subjective observation alone.
