Aaryavart Centre is led by a certified child psychologist and advised by an AIIMS-trained neurologist — bringing the highest clinical standards to autism therapy in Lucknow, Gorakhpur & Unnao.
Our 30+ therapists hold recognised national qualifications and are registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). Every child's therapy plan is supervised by our clinical leadership team.
The experts who design and oversee every child's therapy journey at Aaryavart.

Archana Pandey is a Child & Adolescent Psychologist, Behaviour Therapist, and Music Therapist with over 12 years of experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, developmental differences, behavioural challenges, and diverse learning needs.
As the Founder of Aaryavart Centre for Autism & Special Needs, she has played a key role in developing Aaryavart’s multidisciplinary model of care—bringing together assessment, individualized intervention, parent training, life-skills development, inclusive education, and community participation.
Archana believes that successful intervention should extend beyond the therapy room. Her approach focuses on helping children develop functional communication, emotional and behavioural regulation, social participation, daily living skills, and greater independence, while actively involving families throughout the developmental journey.
As a Salzburg Global Fellow, she brings a broader international perspective to Aaryavart’s work and continues to explore innovative approaches to child development, inclusion, family empowerment, and technology-supported intervention.

Every therapy plan is reviewed monthly by our clinical director. Progress is tracked using standardised tools (CARS, Vineland-3, ADOS-2 screening), not subjective observation alone.
