Aaryavart Founder Archana Pandey Recognized as Salzburg Global Fellow

Aaryavart Centre is proud to share that our founder, Archana Pandey, is a Salzburg Global Fellow, joining a global network of leaders, innovators and changemakers working across education, health, leadership and social impact.

Archana’s work brings together autism intervention, child psychology, therapeutic play, cognitive behavioural therapy and music therapy to support children with autism, developmental delays and special needs. Her approach reflects Aaryavart’s belief that every child deserves structured support, compassionate care and an environment where their strengths can be understood and developed.

As the founder of Aaryavart Centre, Archana has been committed to building assessment-led therapy programs that support communication, behaviour, sensory needs, learning readiness, daily living skills and parent involvement. Under her leadership, Aaryavart continues to focus on autism therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, ABA-based support, parent training and home development programs for families in India and abroad.

This global recognition strengthens Aaryavart’s mission to create accessible, evidence-informed and family-centred child development support. It also reflects our larger commitment to helping parents move from confusion to clarity with the right assessment, therapy roadmap and practical guidance.
